CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65

In order to serve our US customers better, especially for the products that sell in California state, and enhance the recognition of our product in the US market in the meantime, most importantly, to show the awareness about environmental protection that ALF has always pursued, we are proud to announce that all range of ALF’s nylon cable ties category in both Natural and Black colors have been certified to California Proposition 65.

 

“Proposition 65, officially known as the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, aims to protect California citizens from significant exposure to chemicals known to the state to cause cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm. California Proposition 65 obligates businesses operating in California to provide clear and reasonable warnings before knowingly and intentionally exposing Californians to chemicals that are listed in Proposition 65 List. “

 

The challenge of complying with consumer protection laws like California’s Proposition 65 reveals and increases the need for end-to-end collaboration.
